Claims (1)
- アナログ値を入力して積分し、このアナログ値
に対応した時間を求めてデイジタル値を得るアナ
ログ・デイジタル変換器において、時間検出信号
により時間値を更新するレジスタと、前記時間検
出信号により前記レジスタの値を取り込み以後割
り込み禁止とされるバツフアと、一定時間後前記
レジスタ値と前記バツフア値とを比較する比較器
とを設けたことを特徴とするアナログ・デイジタ
ル変換器。
