にされた第2の剛性円形内歯歯車と、両内歯歯車
の内側に共軸に且つ両内歯歯車に噛み合うように
配置された第1内歯歯車と同じ歯数の可撓性外歯
歯車と、該外歯歯車を撓ませて変形させ、外歯歯
車を両内歯歯車の各内歯に部分的に噛み合わせる
とともに、その外歯歯車の形状を回転させるよう
に回転するウエーブ・ジエネレータとを備え、ウ
エーブ・ジエネレータの回転により第1内歯歯車
と第2内歯歯車との間に相対回転を生じさせるよ
うになつた撓み噛み合い式歯車装置において、 前記外歯歯車の各歯の形状は、第1内歯歯車に
当接する部分と第2内歯歯車に当接する部分との
境界部分において、歯厚が薄く成形されているこ
とを特徴とする撓み噛み合い式歯車装置。
