Claims (1)
軸的に位置し内部に粘性流体を収容する環状の流
体室を形成するアウタメンバーおよびインナメン
バーと、前記流体室内に配置され外周側にて前記
アウタメンバーの内周側に一体回転可能に組付け
られた多数のアウタプレートおよび内周側にて前
記インナメンバーの外周側に一体回転可能に組付
けられて前記各アウタプレートと交互に互に位置
する多数のインナプレートを備え、前記両メンバ
ーの相対回転時前記流体室内に生じる流体の剪断
力の作用にて同両メンバーの一方から他方へ動力
を伝達する粘性流体継手において、当該継手に磁
束発生手段を設けて同手段にて発生する磁束が前
記流体室内を軸方向へ通過可能に構成し、かつ前
記アウタプレートおよびインナプレートのいずれ
か一方の各プレートを交互に磁性材料と非磁性材
料とにより形成して軸方向への移動を規制して所
定間隔を保つて組付けるとともに、他方の各プレ
ートを磁性材料にて形成して前記一方の各プレー
ト間にて軸方向へ移動可能に組付けたことを特徴
