- ドツトマトリツクス状に配された開口部を有す
る熱伝導率の良いキヤビネツトと、該キヤビネツ
トの開口部に当該キヤビネツトより前方に突出し
て配設された発光ダイオードと、前記キヤビネツ
トの開口部に対応する位置に開口部をし、前記キ
ヤビネツトの前方に当該キヤビネツトとの間に空
気層を介在して配置された前面キヤビネツトとか
らなることを特徴とする発光ダイオード表示装置
。
