Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 製品形状にトリムされたコア材の外周を不織布
製表皮材により被包してなる自動車用サンバイザ
において、 前記不織布製表皮材は低融点ポリエステル繊維
不織布シート、もしくは低融点ポリエステル繊維
混紡不織布シートから構成され、上記不織布シー
トを高周波ウエルダ溶着により袋状に接合させた
後、反転させ、袋状の表皮材を形成するとともに
、該袋内にコア材を挿入し、表皮材の開口を高周
波ウエルダ溶着により閉鎖接合したことを特徴と
する自動車用サンバイザ。
