A heat insulating material 4 is supported on a steel plate 3 in between, a sheet-like heating element 5 is supported on this heat insulating material 4, and further this sheet-like heating element 5 is covered with a heat insulating material 6; Attach floor plate 7 to steel plate 3 on top of joist 2.
is attached with screws, etc. Like this, joist 2
When covered with a steel plate 3, this steel plate 3 has an inner surface. The difference in outside temperature causes condensation, and this condensation causes the wooden joists 2 to become stuffy, eventually causing complete rot over a wide area. In addition, since the heat insulating material 6, the sheet-like heating element 5, etc. are supported on the steel plate 3 passed between the joists 2, the number of components increases, the structure is complicated, and the cost is not only increased, but also the assembly work is troublesome. In addition, since the sheet-like heating element 5 and the heat insulating material 6 below it are isolated from the outside air by the steel plate 3, there are disadvantages such as poor drying efficiency and indoor humidity, resulting in poor heating efficiency.

装置を提供しようとするものである。 The purpose of this invention is to prevent corrosion of the joists, improve their strength, make it easier to dry even if condensation occurs, and simplify the structure by reducing the number of component parts. To provide a floor heating device that can reduce costs, improve the efficiency of assembly work, and further improve heating effects by preventing indoor humidity and improving economic efficiency. This is what I am trying to do.

A steel plate 3 serving as a support plate was provided on the bottom surface of the floor assembly so as to cover the wooden joists 2 in order to support the heating elements 5 and the sheet-like heating elements 5. Since the steel plate 3 seals the space and isolates it from the outside air, it lacks dryness and becomes humid, which is a factor in reducing the heating effect.

The present invention has modified the floor assembly structure in which the above-mentioned heat insulators and sheet heating elements are supported by steel plates, and while using the shaped steel as a joist, a seat plate connected to the shaped steel is used to support the heat insulating material, etc. Also serves as a means,
The interior space of the shaped steel joist is opened downward, and the heat insulating material is supported on the seat plate of the shaped steel joist, eliminating the need for the conventional steel plate that covers the bottom surface.
At least, it is possible to prevent dew condensation on the surface of the internal space of the shaped steel, and to eliminate sealing members such as steel plates, it is possible to increase air circulation to the inner layer of the floor structure and improve dryness. Therefore, even if condensation occurs, it is possible to Also, excessive moisture does not remain and therefore corrosion can be effectively prevented. In addition, the strength of the floor can be improved by using shaped steel as the joist. To restate, the above-mentioned shaped steel joist has side plates that are connected to each other in a downward groove shape on both longitudinal edges of the floor plate mounting plate, and seats that protrude outward from the lower longitudinal edges of both side plates. The plates are connected and the seat plate of this shaped steel joist is installed on the top of the joist support material to open the space spanning the length of the joist downwards, so even if condensation occurs, it can be dried quickly. Can be done. In addition, the heat insulating material and the sheet-like heating element above it are supported on the seat plate between the shaped steel joists, and the joists also serve as supporting members for the heat insulating material, etc., reducing the number of components and simplifying the structure. In addition to reducing costs, it is also possible to improve the efficiency of assembly work. Furthermore, since a gap is formed between the insulation material and the joist support material, this material can be exposed to the outside air and dried, preventing the room from becoming damp, improving the heating effect, and making it more economical. There are advantages such as being able to improve sexual performance.
