Claims (1)
- 荷電ビーム銃を備えたカラムと、該カラムが取
付けられたチヤンバと、該チヤンバ内に設置され
た可動なステージとを有し、荷電ビームを用いて
所望パタンを露光する荷電ビーム露光装置におい
て、前記カラム上部とチヤンバの周辺部間をステ
ーによつて結合したことを特徴とする荷電ビーム
露光装置。
