Claims (1)
- 荷電ビーム銃を備えたカラムと、該カラムが取
付けられたチヤンバと、該チヤンバ内に設置され
た可動ステージを備え、荷電ビームを用いて所望
パターンを露光する荷電ビーム露光装置において
、前記チヤンバ上面内側に前記カラム取付け部を
囲い込むように井桁形のリブを設置したことを特
徴とする荷電ビーム露光装置。
