容を読んでデータメモリのチエツクコードを生成
するデータメモリチエツクコード生成回路と、ス
タンバイ・モード設定命令制御信号によりデータ
メモリチエツクコードを書き込むＥＥＰＲＯＭと
、スタンバイ・モード解除命令制御信号によりデ
ータメモリチエツクコードとＥＥＰＲＯＭの内容
を比較してデータメモリチエツクコードとＥＥＰ
ＲＯＭの内容が一致か不一致かの信号を出力する
データメモリチエツクコードとＥＥＰＲＯＭ比較
回路を有するシングルチツプマイクロコンピユー
タのデータメモリ保持検出装置。
