【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 透明電極と対向電極との間に蛍光体層と誘
電体層とからなる発光層を介装してなり、該透明
電極と対向電極との間に電場を形成することによ
つて、前記発光層の発光を行わしめるようにした
ものにおいて、前記蛍光体層と誘電体層との間に
該誘電体層の膜厚を均一化するために、該蛍光体
層とほぼ同じ誘電率を有する中間層を介装する構
成としたことを特徴とするエレクトロルミネツセ
ント素子。 (2) 前記中間層には、ガラスフリツト等の光散
乱体または蛍光体の微粉末を混入するようにした
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
項記載のエレクトロルミネツセント素子。
