Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 先端に駆動デイスクを固着した回転軸体上
に軸受を介して支承され、且つ外周に冷却フアン
を取付けたカバーとケースとからなる密封器匣の
内部を、油の流出調整孔を有する仕切板により油
溜り室と前記駆動デイスクを内装するトルク伝達
室とに区劃し、回転時の油の集溜する駆動デイス
クの外周壁部に対向する密封器匣側の内周壁面の
一部にダムと、これに連つてトルク伝達室側より
油溜り室側に通ずる循環流通路を形成すると共に
、外部周囲の温度が設定値を越えると前記仕切板
の流出調整孔を開放し、設定値以下では閉鎖する
弁部材を前記カバーの前面に設けた感温体の温度
変化に伴う変形に連動するように内部に備え、駆
動デイスクと前記ケース及びカバーとの外方附近
の対向壁面に設けたトルク伝達間隙部での油の有
効接触面積を増減させて、回転軸体側から被駆動
側の密封器匣側へのトルク伝達を制御するように
して成るフアン・カツプリング装置において、前
記密封器匣側のダム１２より径方向の外方に位置
してトルク伝達室４に連通するアイドル油溜り室
１４を備えると共に、該アイドル油溜り室１４の
内側区劃周壁をなす前記ケース２とカバー３との
対向壁部にそれぞれ設けた複数の突起壁２′と３
′を、流通間隙１４′をもつて相互に噛合い状に
形成し、更に前記仕切板５に停止時のみ油溜り室
６とトルク伝達室４とに油の流通する貫孔５″を
有して構成したことを特徴とする温度感応型流体
式フアン・カツプリング装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、
前記流通間隙１４′は略軸方向に向く間隙１４″
と円周方向に向く間隙１４とから成り、該円周
方向に向く間隙１４の外方側壁はトルク伝達室
４においてカバー３及びケース２の外周附近にお
ける内側面と略同一平面に形成されることを特徴
とする温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリング装
置。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
において、前記円周方向に向く間隙１４は外方
又は内方に向いたテーパー面１５，１５′を有す
ることを特徴とする温度感応型流体式フアン・カ
ツプリング装置。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項
において、前記円周方向に向く間隙１４は駆動
デイスク７の外側面と、カバー３又はケース２の
内側面との間隔より大なる幅を有することを特徴
とする温度感応型流体式フアン・カツプリング装
置。
