込んで微粒子状に粉砕する微粉砕装置において、 上面が開放された有底円筒体からなり、その内
周壁に複数の空気吹込み孔を有する筐体と、上記
セラミツク等の粉体を上記筐体内に圧縮空気とと
もに吹込むノズルを有し、上記筐体の上面開口部
に対して気密的にかつ取外し可能に取付けられる
