- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上流側に断熱性を有する合成樹脂管部を設け
、下流側の外壁部に発熱体を付設しけた金属管部
を設け、前記合成樹脂管部の上流側内及び前記金
属管部の下流側内とにそれぞれサーミスタ測温素
子を設置したことを特徴とする微少流量センサ。 ２ 前記金属管部は前記発熱体設置部分のみ肉厚
を薄くした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載
の微少流量センサ。 ３ 前記サーミスタ測温素子はＴ型ジヨイントに
よつて管内に挿入した実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項に記載の微少流量センサ。
