り操作されるブレーキ操作レバーと、前記ブレー
キ操作レバーをブレーキ緊締作動位置に選択的に
係止する係止作動を行うロツク装置と、前記ブレ
ーキ操作レバーの内部を貫通して延在するロツド
要素と該ロツド要素の端部に設けられ前記ブレー
キ操作レバーの前記端部に位置する押しボタンと
を有し前記押しボタンが押されることにより前記
ロツド要素が移動して前記ロツク装置の係止作動
を解除するロツク解除装置と、前記ロツク解除装
置のロツク解除作動を選択的に阻止する安全装置
とを有するパーキングブレーキの操作装置に於て
、前記グリツプ部材はゴム状弾性部材により構成
されて前記ブレーキ操作レバーの外周に嵌合装着
され、前記安全装置は前記グリツプ部材の内部空
間に配置された板ばね部材を有し、前記板ばね部
材は一端を前記グリツプ部材に挿入されることに
より前記グリツプ部材より支持され、該板ばね部
材は、前記グリツプ部材の薄肉のグリツプ腹部の
内側に沿つて延在する中間部と、他端にて前記押
しボタンの一側部に設けらた凹部に選択的に係合
して前記押しボタンの押圧移動を阻止する係止片
部と、前記係止片部の近傍に設けられて前記ブレ
ーキ操作レバーの外周面に当接し前記中間部が前
記グリツプ腹部と共に内側へ向けて押圧されるこ
とに伴ない前記係止片部が前記凹部との係合より
