Claims (1)
- 軸部に沿つて螺旋状に突起したねじ山と、軸部
の一端に工具係合手段を有する頭部とを備えたタ
ツピンねじにおいて、前記軸部にねじ山の軸部先
端側半角度を１５°〜２５°とし、軸部頭部側半
角度を４５°〜３５°としたねじ山角度を６０°
としてなる連続するねじ山を形成するとともに、
位相の異なるねじ山欠損部をその配列がリード角
に対して直角となるように形成し、かつ隣接する
ねじ山間の谷径部を軸部頭部側から軸部先端側へ
外径が斬減するテーパー状に形成したことを特徴
とするタツピンねじ。
