する内部シール14が介装され、この内部シール
は、その一端部が前記端面板構成体の外周部に突
出させられており、前記外部シールは、ゴムパツ
キンによつて形成されているとともに、前記各端
面板構成体の外周面を覆う長さを有しかつ両端面
が前記内部シールの突出側の端部に当接させられ
