イジタル変換器の入力電圧を変化させることによ
り前記アナログ・デイジタル変換器のスレツシヨ
ルド電圧を求める測定装置において、 前記アナログ・デイジタル変換器に前記入力電
圧を与える増幅器はデイジタル制御信号に応答し
て増幅度を設定できることを特徴とするアナログ
・デイジタル変換器測定装置。
