のうちイはシール部材が収縮した状態、ロはシー
ル部材が膨張した状態をそれぞれ示す図である。
第３図は従来のベル形炉の断面図である。 １…基台、３…インナーカバー、６…被処理物
、１０…溝、１１…水冷ジヤケツト、１２…冷却
水管、１４…水冷ジヤケツト、１５…冷却水管、
１６…シール部材、１５…加圧管。

Claims (1)
- 基台上に載置した被処理物の外側にベル形のイ
ンナーカバーを覆い被せ、そのインナーカバーの
内部において被処理物を熱処理するように構成さ
れたベル形炉において、前記基台の上面周縁部に
環状の溝を設けてその溝内に前記インナーカバー
の下端部を位置させるようになすとともに、その
インナーカバーの下端部外周面に全周にわたつて
水冷ジヤケツトを設ける一方、前記溝の外周側の
内壁面に溝の全周にわたつて水冷ジヤケツトを設
けるとともに、この水冷ジヤケツトの内側に溝の
全周にわたつてシール部材を取り付けて、このシ
ール部材によつて前記両水冷ジヤケツト間の隙間
を塞ぐようになし、そのシール部材は、弾性的に
膨張収縮可能なチユーブ状のものであつてその内
部が加圧されたときに内周側に向かつて膨張して
前記隙間を塞ぐようにされていることを特徴とす
るベル形炉。
