Claims (1)
- 一端封止の管状のイオン電導性固体電解質の内
面に第１電極を付着させ、外側面に第２電極を付
着させてなる車両排出ガス中の酸素濃度を検出す
る酸素センサ素子において、前記第１電極上に耐
熱性酸化物を主成分とする保ゴ膜を形成すること
を特徴とする酸素センサ素子。
