    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転駆動されて糸層を形成する巻取パツケージ
    を制動させる制動手段と、上記巻取パツケージに
    巻き取られた糸量を検出する検出手段と、検出さ
    れた糸量に応じて上記制動手段による制動時間を
    設定して制動させる制動手段とを備えたことを特
    徴とする巻取パツケージの制動制御装置。
