Claims (1)
生成手段と、該2値画像の所定領域にウインドウ
を設定して該ウインドウ内の画像構成点数を計測
する第1の画像計測手段と、該画像構成点数に基
づいて検査対象物の良否を判定する判定手段とを
備える形状検査装置において、前記2値画像で表
わされた検査対象物の重心座標を算出する重心算
出手段と、2値画像で表わされた検査対象物の傾
き角度を算出する傾き角度算出手段と、該算出し
た重心座標および傾き角度に基づいて当該2値画
像で表わされた検査対象物を予め定めた基準座標
位置へ移動させる第1の座標変換手段と、該移動
後の新たな座標位置において位置補正用のウイン
ドウを設定して該ウインドウ内の画像構成点数を
計測する第2の画像計測手段と、該第2の画像計
測手段によつて計測した画像構成点数に基づいて
前記基準座標と当該2値画像で表わされた検査対
象物とのずれ量を算出するずれ量算出手段と、該
ずれ量に基づき当該2値画像で表わされた検査対
象物を基準座標に移動させる第2の座標変換手段
