Claims (1)
- 圧縮機で昇圧され冷凍機に導入されるヘリウム
ガスおよび前記冷凍機の構成部品冷却用の冷却水
を冷却をするクーリングタワーに、昇圧され冷却
されたヘリウムガス中の不純物を吸着除去する吸
着剤再生に使用される窒素ガスを液体窒素蒸発に
より生成する伝熱管を設けたことを特徴とするヘ
リウム冷凍装置。
