係るひずみ抵抗を利用したトランスジユーサの駆
動回路の一実施例構成、第5図は第4図の出力特
性図、第6図は本考案に係るひずみ抵抗を利用し
たトランスジユーサの一実施例構成の縦断面図を
示している。
図中、1はシヤフト、2は第1の固定部材、3
は第2の固定部材、4,5はプレート、6,7は
溝、8ないし11はひずみ抵抗素子、16はハウ
ジング、19はエンドキヤツプ、20はステツク
