シヤフトが形成された入力軸と、一端部にステア
リングギヤが形成され他端側に前記バルブシヤフ
トに嵌合してコントロールバルブの一部を構成す
るバルブボデイが係合された出力軸と、前記入力
軸の他端部と前記出力軸の他端部との間に介装さ
れ非線形のばね特性を有する弾性手段と、を備え
、入力トルクと出力油圧との関係が略線形となる
