Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 離隔した２個の電極と枠体とで温度による
体積変化が微少な中空状の本体を構成するととも
に、該本体内に形成された密閉空間に、少なくと
も一方の電極に接触する絶縁体と、該絶縁体の熱
膨張を許容する空気層を夫々設けてなる静電容量
型温度センサ。 (2) 前記絶縁体がシリコーンゴムであることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
静電容量型温度センサ。
