Claims (1)
- 誘電体磁器に間隔をおいて複数本の貫通孔を併
設し、これらの貫通孔を開口させた両面のうちの
一面を開放端面とし、開放端面を除く全面及び貫
通孔内周面に導電膜を形成した誘電体共振器にお
いて、前記誘電体磁器は、前記開放端面における
貫通孔間の略中間部に、両端の開いたスリツトを
有することを特徴とする誘電体共振器。
