なくとも一方に中間歯車を介在すると共に、クラ
ツチ機構を介在し、更に差動歯車機構における最
終の遊星歯車機構の内歯歯車の外周面にボールが
嵌入する凹部を形成したトルク設定カムを同一体
に設け、且つ差動歯車機構における最初の遊星歯
車機構の内歯歯車に係脱して周方向回転を阻止、
解除する切替爪を電磁ソレノイドによつて嵌脱す
ると共に該電磁ソレノイドはモータの負荷電流又
は回転数によつてＯＮ・ＯＦＦするようにした回
