  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入力端子から入力されたアナログ信号を所
    定のデユーテイ比によるＯＮ／ＯＦＦのスイツチ
    ングを行い、出力端子から出力されるアナログ信
    号の信号レベルを制御する電子ボリユーム回路に
    おいて、前記アナログ信号のＯＮ／ＯＦＦのスイ
    ツチングが、ゲートアレイＬＳＩに組み込み可能
    な素子によりなされていることを特徴とする電子
    ボリユーム回路。 (2) ゲートアレイＬＳＩに組み込み可能な素子
    が、オープンドレイン方式のトライステートバツ
    フアである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    電子ボリユーム回路。
