Claims (1)
ーマル発振のレーザ光を出力するパルス励起固体
レーザ装置であつて、前記ノーマル発振のレーザ
光の光軸と同軸上に設けられ、かつ前記ノーマル
発振のレーザ光を遮断する遮断手段と、前記励起
手段の駆動開始のタイミングと前記遮断手段によ
る前記ノーマル発振のレーザ光の遮断のタイミン
グとを調整する調整手段とを設け、前記調整手段
によるこれらタイミングの調整により前記ノーマ
ル発振のレーザ光の出力持続時間幅を可変自在と
したことを特徴とするパルス励起固体レーザ装置
