のタイムチヤートである。 ＴＲ１…電圧制御用トランジスタ（スイツチン
グトランジスタ）、ＰＷＣ…電圧制御回路（パル
ス幅制御回路）、ＬＥ…接地回路、ＴＲ２…スイ
ツチング素子（トランジスタ）、ＰＤ…検出回路
、ＣＰ…コンパレータ。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電圧制御用トランジスタと、外部から設定され
る基準電圧と前記電圧制御用トランジスタから負
荷へ供給される出力電圧とを入力して両者の差に
応じた電圧制御信号を前記電圧制御用トランジス
タに対して与える電圧制御回路とを備えた超音波
診断装置の電源回路において、 前記電圧制御用トランジスタの出力側にスイツ
チング素子を有する接地回路を設ける一方、 前記電圧制御回路からの電圧制御信号の有無を
検出し、電圧制御信号の出力停止に応答して検出
信号を出力する検出回路と、 この検出回路からの前記検出信号により起動さ
れて前記基準電圧と前記出力電圧とを比較し、基
準電圧よりも出力電圧が大きい場合に前記接地回
路のスイツチング素子を導通させる信号を出力す
るコンパレータと、 を含むことを特徴とする超音波診断装置の電源回
路。
