Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 軸方向へ一列に並んでボデー１０内に形成
され最上流側の圧力室１２ａが被調圧部へ接続さ
れている複数個の圧力室１２ａ，１２ｂ，１２ｃ
と、上流側の圧力室１２ａ，１２ｂと下流側の圧
力室１２ｂ，１２ｃとの境界及び最下流側の圧力
室１２ｃと余液口５４との境界にそれぞれ配設さ
れる弁座１６ａ，１６ｂ，１６ｃと、各弁座１６
ａ，１６ｂ，１６ｃにそれぞれ就座可能であり弁
座１６ａ，１６ｂ，１６ｃに対して上流側の圧力
室１２ａ，１２ｂ，１２ｃの液圧を受ける弁体３
２ａ，３２ｂ，３２ｃと、各弁体３２ａ，３２ｂ
，３２ｃを各弁座１６ａ，１６ｂ，１６ｃへ押圧
するばね４４，５６ｂ，５６ｃとを有してなるこ
とを特徴とする液体の調圧装置。 (2) 共通の貫通棒３４が全部の弁座１６ａ，１
６ｂ，１６ｃの中心を貫通して延びており、最上
流側の弁体３２ａはこの貫通棒３４と一体的に連
動し、他の弁体３２ｂ，３２ｃは前記貫通棒３４
に対して軸方向へ相対移動自在に嵌装され、最上
流側の弁体３２ａ用のばね４４は前記貫通棒３４
を介して最上流側の弁体３２ａを弁座１６ａへ押
圧していることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載の液体の調圧装置。 (3) 最上流側の弁体３２ａ以外の弁体３２ｂ，
３２ｃ用のばね５６ｂ，５６ｃは、そのばね５６
ｂ，５６ｃが付勢する弁体３２ｂ，３２ｃと次段
の弁座１６ｂ又はストツパ４８との間に縮設され
ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項又は第２項記載の液体の調圧装置。 (4) 最上流側の弁体３２ａ用のばね４４は、前
記ボデー１０の外部において前記貫通棒３４に嵌
装され前記貫通棒３４に螺合するナツト４２によ
り予荷重を調整されることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第２項記載の液体の調圧装置。 (5) 最上流側の弁体３２ａ以外の弁体３２ｂ，
３２ｃ用のばね５６ｂ，５６ｃの予荷重はそのば
ね５６ｂ，５６ｃが当接する弁座１６ｂ又はスト
ツパ４８の軸方向位置により調整されることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の液
体の調圧装置。
