  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ シリンダー内に主ピストン及び、１又は２以
    上の補助ピストンを設けたものにおいて、主ピス
    トンと補助ピストンにはそれぞれ圧縮エアーによ
    る加圧が可能であつて、補助ピストンのストロー
    クは主ピストンのストロークより短く、補助ピス
    トンが加圧移動されると主ピストンが補助ピスト
    ンのストローク分移動され、主ピストンにはラツ
    クが設けられ、該ラツクと係合するピニオンが駆
    動回転軸に設けられたことを特徴とする回転駆動
    装置。 ２ 補助ピストンは、主ピストンの両側に設けら
    れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の回
    動駆動装置。 ３ 補助ピストンは、両側に複数設けられている
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の
    回動駆動装置。
