Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複動式シリンダのピストンの外周に環状溝を設けてピス
    トンリングを嵌装し、該ピストンをはさんで該シリンダ
    内に形成された各圧力室を第１の開閉弁を介して駆動空
    気溜に連通し、該各圧力室を別々に排気管を介してリリ
    ーフ弁と第２の開閉弁とに連通し、該シリンダのピスト
    ン軸を選択的に固定する鎖錠装置を該シリンダのケーシ
    ング側に設け、該駆動空気溜の容積を該ピストンの一行
    程分以上の駆動用空気を貯留可能に選定したことを特徴
    とする高速空気シリンダ。
