本実施例に係るエンジンカバーの取付構造が適用
されたシリンダヘツドカバーとシリンダヘツドと
の組付け状態を示す全体斜視図、第２図は本実施
例のエンジンカバーの取付構造を示す要部拡大断
面図、第３図は該エンジンカバーの取付構造を構
成する取付けボルトおよびこれに係合されるリン
グ部材を示す全体斜視図、第４図は該取付構造が
適用されたシリンダヘツドカバーを取外す状態を
説明するための要部拡大断面図、第５図はエンジ
ンカバーの取付構造の他の実施例を示す要部拡大
断面図である。 １…シリンダヘツド（エンジン本体）、２…シ
リンダヘツドカバー（エンジンカバー）、１ａ，
２ａ…フランジ部、３…取付けボルト、３ａ…軸
部、３ｂ…周溝、４…液体シール材、５…挿通孔
（ボルト穴）、６…凹部、７…リング部材。
本実施例に係るエンジンカバーの取付構造が適用
されたシリンダヘツドカバーとシリンダヘツドと
の組付け状態を示す全体斜視図、第２図は本実施
例のエンジンカバーの取付構造を示す要部拡大断
面図、第３図は該エンジンカバーの取付構造を構
成する取付けボルトおよびこれに係合されるリン
グ部材を示す全体斜視図、第４図は該取付構造が
適用されたシリンダヘツドカバーを取外す状態を
説明するための要部拡大断面図、第５図はエンジ
ンカバーの取付構造の他の実施例を示す要部拡大
断面図である。 １…シリンダヘツド（エンジン本体）、２…シ
リンダヘツドカバー（エンジンカバー）、１ａ，
２ａ…フランジ部、３…取付けボルト、３ａ…軸
部、３ｂ…周溝、４…液体シール材、５…挿通孔
（ボルト穴）、６…凹部、７…リング部材。
Claims (1)
- エンジン本体にボルトを用いてエンジンカバー
が取付けられ、且つ該エンジン本体とエンジンカ
バーとの合せ面間に塗布後に硬化する液体シール
材が介在されたエンジンにおける上記エンジンカ
バーの取付構造であつて、上記エンジン本体とエ
ンジンカバーとの合せ面の少なくとも一方におけ
る上記ボルトのボルト穴周囲に凹部が形成されて
いると共に、該ボルト軸部における螺締時に上記
凹部に相当する位置に周溝が形成され、且つ該周
溝に係合されて上記凹部内に収容されるリング部
材が備えられていることを特徴とするエンジンカ
バーの取付構造。
