ＲＰ製又は鋼板製のバツクビームと衝撃エネルギ
吸収材とにより構成される樹脂バンパにおいて、
車体の強度部材へ締着させる為の取付ボルトをイ
ンサート成形で突設させた断面ボツクス状のバツ
クビームを、バンパフエースの断面Ｕ字状内にウ
レタンまたは発泡ＰＰの充填された上で装着し、
上記ウレタンまたは発泡ＰＰによる発泡でバンパ
フエースの断面Ｕ字状内を充満した衝撃エネルギ
吸収材が形成されると共に、発泡による押圧作用
で上記バツクビームがそのフランジをバンパフエ
ース内側に突設するフランジに当接係合した一体
