４は開口部、５は軸受、６はスラスト板、７は小
孔、１０は大ケース、１１は永久磁石、１２は回
転子、１３はコミユテータ、１４はモータ端子、
１５はブラシ、１６は軸受を表す。
第１図図示実施例における要部拡大図であり、第

、第３図および第４図は従来例説明図を示す。 図中、１は小ケース、２は回転軸、３は凹部、
４は開口部、５は軸受、６はスラスト板、７は小
孔、１０は大ケース、１１は永久磁石、１２は回
転子、１３はコミユテータ、１４はモータ端子、
１５はブラシ、１６は軸受を表す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 界磁用の永久磁石が内周面に固着されると共に
一方の端面が閉塞され他方の端面が開口されるよ
うに形成された大ケースと、当該大ケースの開口
端面に係合されかつブラシ装置が支持された小ケ
ースと、上記ブラシ装置と摺動するコミユテータ
を有する回転子とからなり、上記大ケースの閉塞
端面と小ケースとにもうけられた軸受により上記
回転子の回転軸が回転自在に支持されるように構
成された小型モータにおいて、 上記小ケースは、軸受が挿入される凹部をそな
えかつ当該凹部の底部中央に開口部をそなえると
共に、上記開口部を閉塞するように上記凹部の底
部に圧入されたスラスト板をそなえ、 上記スラスト板は偏心位置に上記開口部と連通
する透孔がもうけられている ことを特徴とする小型モータ。
