Claims (1)
- 流路の途中にｎ個の切換流路を並設すると共に
、これらの切換流路に各々開閉弁を設け、かつこ
れら開閉弁を選択的に開閉する駆動手段を設けた
ものにおいて、上記切換流路の開閉弁よりも下流
側を互いに近接して同一平面上に並設すると共に
、該部に上記切換流路の流量を設定する各々径の
異なる複数のオリフイスを形成した調節弁を着脱
可能に装着し、上記駆動手段にて流量を２ｎ段階
に制御することを特徴とする流量制御装置。
