装置、17……液晶マトリツクス。

Claims (1)
- 蛍光増倍管−テレビジヨン装置4ないし7とあ
らかじめ定められた領域の中でX線蛍光増倍管4
の出力蛍光面上の平均の像輝度を検出するための
検出器8とを備え、この検出器8がX線蛍光増倍
管4の全出力像を描出可能な面積を備えた半導体
検出器であり、この半導体検出器のあらかじめ定
められた領域を選択するために信号を発生する手
段15が設けられているX線診断設備において、
検出器8が大面積の半導体検出器であり、この検
出器の前に液晶マトリツクス17から成る絞りが
設けられ、半導体検出器上の光が当たるあらかじ
め定められた領域を選択するために、この絞りが
制御装置15により制御されることを特徴とする
X線診断設備。
