来のトナー回収装置を断面して示した側面図、第
９図及び第１０図は従来のトナー回収装置を断面
して示す拡大正面図である。 １……ハウジング、１０……開口部、１１……

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) トナー回収容器を出入れする開口部をもつ
ハウジングと、 前記ハウジングに保持され、前記開口部を開閉
する扉部と、 前記ハウジング内に相対移動可能に保持され、
トナー回収容器が載置される載置部と、前記ハウ
ジングと前記載置部の間に設けられ所定付勢力で
該載置部を上方に付勢する付勢部材と、前記載置
部に載置されたトナー回収容器内のトナー回収量
が一定量に達した場合、該付勢部材の付勢力に抗
して下方に移動する前記載置部によつて作動する
スイツチ部とからなるトナー回収装置において、 前記ハウジングは、前記扉部の開く動作により
駆動され前記載置部を強制的に上方に押し上げる
押し上げ部をもつことを特徴とするトナー回収装
置。 (2) 前記押し上げ部は、前記ハウジングに軸支
された前記扉部に一体的に形成されている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のトナー回収装置。
