Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) コンベアに所定間隔で取り付けられた治具
の上に載置して移送されるプラスチツクス製品の
塗膜を加熱乾燥させる塗装乾燥炉の出口側に、そ
の炉内から搬出されたプラスチツクス製品に冷却
エアを吹き付けるエア吹付機構と、前記治具の下
面側に向かつて冷却水を噴霧する霧化機構とを設
けた冷却ゾーンが連設され、当該冷却ゾーンには
、前記プラスチツクス製品の表面から輻射される
赤外線を受けてその輻射エネルギーを測定するこ
とにより温度を求める輻射温度計が設置されると
共に、当該輻射温度計で求められた前記プラスチ
ツクス製品の表面温度と予め設定された冷却温度
とを比較してその差値に応じて前記冷却エアの風
量を調節する制御信号を出力する冷却温度制御装
置が備えられていることを特徴としたプラスチツ
クス製品の塗装乾燥装置。 (2) 前記霧化機構が、前記コンベアの移送路を
挾んで左右に配設した送水管に所定間隔で連結さ
れた複数の撓み管の先端に夫々霧化ノズルを取り
付けて成る前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の塗装乾燥装置。 (3) 前記冷却温度が、４０℃〜５５℃の範囲内
に予め設定されている前記実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載の塗装乾燥装置。 (4) 前記冷却エアの風量が、送風機の回転数を
可変するインバータによつて調節される前記実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の塗装乾燥装置。 (5) 前記冷却エアの風量が、風量調節ダンパを
開閉するコントロールモータによつて調節される
前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の塗装乾
燥装置。 (6) 前記プラスチツクス製品が、ウレタン樹脂
製品又はポリプロピレン樹脂製品である前記実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の塗装乾燥装置。
