Ｒ１〜Ｒ４……抵抗、ＣＴ……コンデンサ、ＺＤ
……ツエナーダイオード。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 直流電源と平滑用コンデンサおよび負荷の
並列回路との接続経路に挿入されるスイツチング
素子および抵抗の並列回路と、前記直流電源に並
列接続される抵抗分圧回路と、この抵抗分圧回路
の出力を積分し前記スイツチング素子のゲートを
駆動するＣＲ積分回路とを備えてなることを特徴
とした突入電流防止回路。 (2) 抵抗と負荷との接続点に発生する電圧を駆
動信号とすると共に、抵抗分圧回路の入力側に挿
入される他のスイツチング素子を備えてなる実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の突入電流防止回
路。
