ンダスタンスＬおよび静電容量Ｃが、 １−ω２ＬＣ＝０ の関係を満たすリアクトルおよびコンデンサから
なるＬ形四端子回路を介挿したことを特徴とする
オーブン電源。 (2) 前記ヒータの給電経路中に前記Ｌ形四端子
回路と直列に温度調節用のスイツチング素子を介
