Claims (1)
- プロセス流体の高圧側導圧と低圧側導圧とをダ
イアフラムと封入液とを介して圧力検出手段に導
き差圧を測定する差圧発信器において、センタダ
イアフラムで隔成された高圧側内室および低圧側
内室と、前記圧力検出手段を備えた検出部とを、
流体抵抗を有する直線状細孔の封入液流路でそれ
ぞれ斜めに導通し、これら高圧側の封入液流路と
低圧側の封入液流路とを互いに異なつた長さにす
るとともに、このうちの長い方の封入液流路の一
部を、短い方の封入液流路と流体抵抗が等しくな
るようにトリミング加工したことを特徴とする差
圧発信器。
