本発明は上記欠陥を排除するためなされたもの
であつて本発明を図面に示す実施例について説明
すると、窯位置検出用感知片1を各窯2毎に炉側
に設けてなるコークス炉3に沿つて走行するコー
クス炉作業機械4において、窯番を検出する位置
検出器5と走行停止位置を検出する窯芯検出器6
とを備え、走行起動より停止直前までの速度制御
が上記位置検出器5よりの信号で行われ、停止位
置直前では上記窯芯検出器6よりの信号で走行速
度および停止位置制御が行われるよう形成した上
記コークス炉作業機械の走行制御装置である。コ
ークス炉作業機械4はコークス炉3の長手方向
(各窯2と直交)に敷設された軌条7,7上を走
行し、軌条7上を転動する転輪8(タツチロー
ラ)を設け、同転輪8の回転軸9にパルス発信機
10(パルスゼネレーター)が設けられ、かつ同
発信機10の信号による窯番検出器11および走
行位置決め装置12が設けられ転輪式位置検出器
5を形成する。窯芯検出器6には検出センサー1
3を備え各窯2に設けた感知片1を感知すること
ができる光学式位置検出器(例えば特公昭55―
44118号)とすることができる。尚図中14で示
すものは上記作業機械4の走行車輪、15はその
減速機、16は走行用モーターである。第3図中
17は上記作業機械4の走行距離、18は起動位
置、19は停止位置である。

度制御は上記転輪軸9に設けたパルス発信機10
から出力される位置信号によつて制御される。そ
の制御速度のパターンは第3図起動位置18から
停止直前位置19までである。上記作業機械4が
指定窯番の窯芯の手前約200mmに接近すると位置
信号は窯芯検出器6の位置信号に自動的に切換え
られる。そして切換えられた信号によつて走行駆
動制御盤20を動作し窯芯を検出して(光学式位
置検出器では窯芯を±2mmの精度で検出し得る)
上記作業機械4を窯芯に停止させる。その走行停

窯芯に停止することを迅速かつ精度よく自動的に
行い得るため、従来のものと異り、指定窯番に停
止後走行誤差を修正するための操作が不要とな
り、コークス炉作業機械の省力化および無人化を
促進し得る実益がある。

ことができる。又位置検出器5より窯芯検出器6
への切換えは停止直前約200mmと上述したが、同
窯芯検出器6の性能(検出範囲)により拡大し得
るものである。
