Abstract

PURPOSE:To stop a working machine at a predetermined position of an oven to be operated with a predetermined stopping accuracy, by detecting an oven number and oven core information stored in an information memory provided in each oven by means of a reader mounted on a coke oven working machine, and outputting the oven number and oven information. CONSTITUTION:A coke oven working machine 6 having a reader 5 mounted thereon is provided on rails 7 laid on in a direction parallel to a group of coke ovens 1 comprising several hundreds of ovens 2 provided with an information memory 3 storing the oven number and oven core information. The oven number and the oven core information stored in a storage 8 of the memory 3 are output as a medium 4 from a data transmitting section 9. A sensor 11 of the reader 5 receives the data. An operation is conducted in a controller 12 to output an oven signal 14, and an error of a distance between the machine 6 and the oven core in the direction of travel is measured. When the error is within a predetermined position accuracy, an oven core signal 15 is output to stop the machine 6.

号より炉番及び炉芯を演算する方法があるが、転輪の摩
耗や滑りによって誤差を生じやすかった(特開昭58−
180582号)。   ゛又別の方法としてコークス
炉団に炉番及び炉芯を表示する標識(ターゲット)を取
付け、コークス炉作業機械に標識の炉番、炉芯を光学的
に読とる画像検出器を設けて炉番、炉芯を検出する方法
があるが、標識や画像検出器のレンズが粉塵に汚損され
ると、炉番、・炉芯を正確に検出することができなかっ
た(特公昭55−44118号)口又別の方法としてコ
ークス炉作業機械に磁気型近接スイッチの発信素子(マ
グネット素子)を設け、対応するコークス炉団の各炉毎
に磁気型近接スイッチの受信素子(コンタクト素子)を
配列し、その出力信号を制御室に集中させコークス炉作
業機械の走行位置を検出する方法があるが、各炉毎に多
数の電気配線が必要で費用が大となる欠点があった(特
開昭58−180582号)。

記憶部8には取付けられるコークス炉の1番情報がコー
ド化されて記憶されて−る0この1番情報はデータ発信
部より外部に、磁界−電磁波等の媒体4として放射され
放射強度によって炉芯情報(第3図)を送信している。

を形成し1これを読取センサ1,1でその強度を計測す
ることによってコークス炉作業機械の炉芯位置を検出す
ることができる。
