With the development of livestock technology, standardization and standardization of livestock facilities have been researched and developed, and in recent livestock facility construction, they have been often adopted as model specifications and basic designs at the planning and design stages. These results are now bearing fruit. However, when considering only livestock barns, the main objective of standardization in conventional research and development is the mass production of structural components in factories that are compatible with livestock species, housing formats, and other uses. It has been hoped that efforts will be made to reduce costs, reduce construction costs through unitization, improve quality through mass production of standard products, and improve livestock productivity and livestock technology, but so far, the desired results have not been achieved. Currently, the evaluation is no different from conventional custom-built livestock barns. The reason for this is that the goal of conventional research and development of standard livestock barns was to focus only on reducing the initial investment in livestock barn construction, that is, to reduce the construction costs for livestock barn builders and the cost of materials used. It's just a matter of paying attention. Among the requirements for livestock barns of livestock farmers, an even more important requirement than the above is the need to improve livestock barn functions in response to changes in livestock management conditions, such as seasonal changes in livestock scale and feeding format. The aim is to maintain and improve workability and productivity by making maximum use of livestock barns, in other words, to have livestock barns that have high flexibility in terms of use and function within the same livestock barn space, and a high utilization rate. In this respect, little consideration is given to the design and specifications of existing livestock barns, and farmers rely on on-the-spot innovations while using the livestock barns after they are completed, and the reality is that work efficiency and utilization rates are low. This results in decreased productivity, increased production costs, and the necessity of new investments, leading to deterioration in management and stagnation in livestock technology. In other words, this point can be said to be largely responsible for the lack of widespread use of so-called standard livestock housing. Therefore, the present invention not only responds to the fundamental demands of these traditional livestock farmers, but also targets farmers who are considering gradually expanding and renovating their buildings, and farmers who are starting new livestock farming little by little. One unit is a small scale with light investment and management burden, and by simple rearrangement of some facilities such as the floor structure and standardized fences, it can be used for various purposes and has general-purpose performance, and the building can be adapted to the breeding scale. We aim to commercialize so-called small-scale, general-purpose prefabricated unit livestock barns that have a prefabricated panel structure that can be easily expanded and renovated as needed, and that can easily accommodate natural environmental factors such as regionality and seasonality, as well as differences and changes in livestock species and feeding formats. It is something that Although a large number of embodiments can be given based on the spirit of the present invention, here, the structure will be explained using an example in which the livestock species is cattle and the usage examples are limited to six types, as shown in Table 1. .

[Table] Figure 1 is a slope view of an embodiment of the livestock barn of the present invention.
The figures are cross-sectional views of the barn, both plan and elevation, and both figures show the barn with all the facilities and equipment inside it removed. The main structures of the building, such as the foundation 1, columns 2, and beams 3, satisfy the Building Standards Act, and the walls 4, roof 5, and door 6 are made of prefabricated panels, and for cold regions, insulation panels are used to prevent condensation. All panels have a known panel assembly structure that can be easily removed in warm regions or during high-temperature seasons. Forced ventilation can be performed by providing a ventilation galley on the wall 4 and door 6 to ventilate the livestock barn, or by installing a ventilation fan. It is also possible to incorporate a window 7 which also serves the purpose of illumination. The building as a whole is no different from existing prefabricated buildings using known panel members, and depending on the renovation or topography, it can be easily extended in the form of a series of buildings. Next, the floor structure and standard fence, which are central to the present invention, will be explained using FIGS. 3 to 7. First, regarding the floor structure, the floor 10 is flat or has a slight slope toward the excrement ditch 8, and has a plurality of fence post support holes 9 for inserting and fixing the posts of the standardized enclosure fence 14 required depending on the application. If necessary, water supply pipes and feed tanks can be buried in the floor. The excrement grooves 8 and the fence post support holes 9 are provided in the minimum number necessary to accommodate various uses, and when they are not needed, they are provided with easily removable hole covers 12 and grooves as shown in Figures 7 and 8 so as not to impede use. Install the lid 13. Furthermore, when constructing the floor 10, as shown in FIG. 6, the required number of fence post support hole tubes 9' can be connected in advance at predetermined positions with connecting materials 11 and then buried. . The number and position of the fence post support holes 9 will vary depending on the expected use and the size and shape of the enclosure fence 14 required for it, but by pursuing standardization and common use, fewer numbers and types can be made uniform. Can be set. In addition, Fig. 4 shows several types of enclosure fences 14, A to F, that can be installed in combination. Type A is a fence that is long from side to side, and the supporting hardware 16 rotates around the post a provided in the center. Both the left and right sides are rotatably movable via the . Type B is an enclosure fence narrower in width than Type A, and is equipped with fixed posts b 1 and b 2 on one side and in the center, and half of the fence on the other side is rotated around the center post b 2 via a rotating support hardware 16. is configured to be rotationally movable, and can be fixed in a support hole at a moving point by a temporary fixing stake b 3 (reference numeral 17 below) supported at the side end so as to be movable up and down. . The C type is a long fence with a length corresponding to the width of the floor, and is a fixed type with posts c 1 , c 3 and c 2 that can be inserted into the fence post support holes on both sides and in the center. be. The D type is an enclosure fence for narrow partitions.
It is fixed with a support post d installed in the center. The E type is a relatively short enclosure fence with posts installed on both sides.
It is a fixed type with e 1 and e 2 . The F type is a front fence exclusively for milking, and is fixed with supports f 1 to f 10 that can be inserted into fence support holes provided in the floor structure. The layout of the enclosure fence when the six uses listed in Table 1 are enabled is shown in Figure 3 A to E, and the standardized fence in that case is shown in Figure 4 A to F, and the fence supports required for these are shown in Figure 4 A to F. An example of the arrangement of the support holes 9 is shown in FIG. 5, and their common use is shown in Table 2.

[Table] The enclosure fence 14 is designed and standardized so that it can be used commonly for a variety of purposes to the maximum extent possible. In order to enable the six uses listed in Table 1, four sets of standard fences of type A, four sets of type B, and six types of standard fences as shown in Fig. It is sufficient to have 4 sets of types, 1 set of type C, 2 sets of type D, 2 sets of type E, and 1 set of type F, for a total of 14 sets, and it can be implemented as shown in FIG. In addition, in consideration of convenience during use, it is necessary to attach rotating support hardware 16 and temporary fixing stakes 17 as shown in Fig. 7, and rust-proofing material for the column legs is also required to take rust-proofing measures into consideration. It is also possible to add a column fixing liner 15 coated with. From the above, the livestock barn of the present invention has a prefabricated panel structure that is easy to extend and renovate, and takes into account the natural environment such as regional characteristics and seasonality, so it has a wide demand area and By having a standard floor structure that can be easily rearranged for various uses, as well as enclosure fences, ditch covers, and fence post support hole covers, it satisfies a wide range of demand uses, and the size of each livestock housing unit is small, reducing investment burden. It is possible to acquire a wide range of customer groups. From these factors, we can expect more demand, mass production and standardization in factories will be possible, and builders can expect to reduce livestock construction costs and improve quality, and farmers can expect to reduce capital investment and improve livestock barn quality. It is hoped that this will lead to a dramatic improvement in the utilization rate of livestock barns. By doing so, we can expect to improve livestock productivity in the livestock industry, and by extension improve livestock management and further develop livestock technology.
