にテープ4を介して嵌合係止し、前記巻軸8面と
前記埋込子表面との段差がテープ4厚とほぼ等し
く、埋込子10から離れるにつれ前記段差が漸次
減少し、巻軸8をほぼ一周した距離で切欠11前
の巻軸外面となるように前記巻軸8の面12が形
成されており、テープ4は埋込子10と巻軸8と
の間にはさんで13の部分から巻きつけると均一
