いる。第1図において、1はテープ、2はハブ、
3は切欠部、4はテープ固定片で係合部4aとフ
ランジ部4bから形成されている。先ずテープ1
を切欠部3内に挿入してからテープ固定片4の係
合部4aを該切欠部3に圧入する場合、二つの係
合部4aが各々内側に回動するように一旦変形し
て圧入され、その後、これらの係合部4aが復原
することによりテープ1が図示の如く挾持固定さ
れる。従つて第1図においてテープ1に対して矢
印A方向に張力が加わると、テープ固定片4の係
合部4aは矢印B方向に回動しようとするので、
テープがより強く固定されるようになつている。

部3からはずれテープが簡単に抜けてしまうの
で、非常に問題であつた。

テープリール用ハブのテープ固定片を提供せんと
するものであつて、以下第2図に示した一実施例
によりこれを説明すれば、12はハブ、13はウ
エブ12の突起12aによつて仕切られて画成さ
れる略逆U字形の切欠部、14は係合部14aと
該係合部14aをその内側端部14a′に近い領域
で支持する可撓性の大きいウエブ部14bと前記
切欠部13に圧入したときにハブ12の外周面と
整合する同心円弧状外周面を有するフランジ部1
4cとを有するテープ固定片である。前記切欠部
13は、テープ固定片14が嵌入されたとき、そ
の係合部14aの内側端部14a′が係合し得る突
起12aの両側端部により形成されたアンダーカ
ツト部13aを備えている。又、ウエブ部14b
は、係合部14aに較べて薄肉に形成されていて
フランジ部14cの端部より内方の位置で切欠部
13の開口の略中央部へ突入するようになつてい
る。

の復原力によつて係合部14aは外側に回動せし
められて、その内側端部14a′が切欠部13のア
ンダーカツト部13aに係合し得ると共にテープ
を強く挾持する。この際、ウエブ部14bが内側
端部14a′に近い領域で係合部14aを支持して
いるために、嵌合の際に加えられる押圧力のうち
内側端部14a′に作用する分力が従来構造のテー
プ固定片の場合に比べてウエブ部14bが内側端
部14a′に近づけられた分だけ大きいので、従来
構造のテープ固定片のように内側端部が安全には
アンダーカツト部に係合せずに浮き上がつてしま
い座屈状態となるようなことなく、係合部14a
の内側端部14a′の切欠部13のアンダーカツト
部13aへの確実な係合が保証される。また、テ
ープ1に対して矢印C方向に強い張力が加えられ
た場合には、係合部14aがアンダーカツト部1
3aに確実に係合していて、ウエブ部14bがフ
ランジ部14cの端部より内方の位置に設けられ

ウエブ部14bのほぼ延長線上に位置する支点O

合部14aは外側へ回動して切欠部13の内側壁
と当接せしめらると共に該係合部14aの内側端
部14a′はアンダーカツト部13aと当接せしめ
られるので、係合部14aは切欠部13への食い
つきの度合を増して、その係合が該張力によりは
ずれてしまうようなことはなく、逆にテープ1に
対する挾持力が増大せしめられる。

が抜けてしまうようなことがないという効果があ
