アームを下方回動させる操作の繰り返しのみで、
次々と結束していくことができ、操作の簡便な高
能率の野菜類結束機とすることができる。

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 基盤上に支持された結束台の前部適所位置
に、駆動ロール対が設けられ、該駆動ロール対の
一方のロールに周方向の溝が多数並んで設けら
れ、他方のロールに結束テープ案内用の周方向の
溝が1個設けられており、さらに駆動ロール対の
下面に接する如くテープガイドが設けられ、結束
台と駆動ロール対との間に溶着台が設けられ、結
束台の背部位置には結束台上に載置された野菜束
類に対し跨嵌する如く下方に回動される結束アー
ムと結束テープの巻取り束を備えた繰出し部とが
設けられ、該繰出し部は結束テープの巻取り束を
支持する回転中心軸の一端部が起倒動可能な支持
棒により支持され、巻取りが回転中心軸の一端部
から着脱自在となされており、この繰出し部から
結束テープが結束アームに掛張されその先端部が
上記駆動ロール対に挾着されてテープガイドによ
り駆動ロール対の外側に案内されるようになさ
れ、上記跨嵌状態で当接する結束アーム開放遊端
と溶着台との間に圧着板とインパルスヒータとか
らなる熱溶着兼切断手段とこの熱溶着兼切断手段
を挾む両側にテープ押えが設けられ、上記結束ア
ームの駆動手段を起動するスイツチと、結束アー
ムが結束台に跨嵌して当接する時点を検出して熱
溶着兼切断手段に通電すると共に上記駆動手段を
停止する第1の検出手段と、熱溶着兼切断手段の
通電時間を設定しかつ通電完了に伴い上記駆動手
段を逆転駆動するタイマーと、結束アームの復動
に連動して上記駆動ロール対を駆動し結束テープ
を牽引する所定量送り手段と、結束アームの復動
完了を検出して上記駆動手段を停止する第2の検
出手段が設けられたことを特徴とする野菜類結束
機。 2 結束台の一方側部に結束アームの駆動手段を
起動するスイツチが一体的に設けられ、結束台の
前後両端部に取付部が設けられ、適宜選択された
一方の取付部が基盤上の支持柱に着脱自在に取付
