The above-mentioned multi-layer circulation parking facility has a plurality of lateral transfer paths arranged in parallel in multiple layers and a hoistway placed at both ends of these paths, and a plurality of pallets P for mounting vehicles so that when stopped, two opposite corners of two adjacent layers are empty spaces. Place the
Alternately move up and down/traverse one pitch to pallet P
There are two wheels on the horizontal transfer path that can be engaged with a set of four wheels provided on the lower surface of the pallet P.
Traversal rails are installed in parallel, and each hoistway is equipped with a pallet lifting device 1 as shown in Figure 1.・Four pillars 4 are erected at a distance later, and a pair of sprockets 5, 6 are pivotally supported above and below each pillar 4, and both sprockets 5, 6
An endless lifting chain 7 is wound between them. Mounting metal fittings 9 for attaching the lifting rails 8 are attached to the lifting chain 7 at equal intervals. As shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 3, this mounting bracket 9 is made of a cross-shaped member, and adjacent link plates 7a, 7a form link plates of the lifting chain 7.
are pivotally connected by roller pins 7a 1 and 7a 1 .
The left and right lifting chains 7 are paired, and the lifting rail 8 is installed horizontally between the corresponding mounting brackets 9. Reference numeral 10 denotes a tension sprocket for applying tension to the lifting chain 7; It is engaged with the pallet lifting side, and the lifting chain 7 is always urged in the tensioning direction by an elastic mechanism (not shown). Reference numeral 12 denotes a guide rail laid vertically along the pallet lifting side of the lifting chain 7, with two upper and lower guide rails 1 pivotally supported at each end of the lifting rail 8.
A set of guide rollers 13a and 13b engage with the guide rail 12 to sandwich it, and guide the elevating rail 8 when it moves up and down. 14 is the lifting rail 8
This is a curved guide rail for engaging and guiding the guide roller 13b when it turns around the upper and lower sprockets 5 and 6.

By the way, in this type of parking equipment, there are two main design conditions required for the above-mentioned pallet lifting device. One of them is to reduce the occupied space, and for this purpose, the above-mentioned upper and lower sprockets 5 and
needs to be made as small as possible. Another condition is that the lifting chain 7 must be circulated at high speed in order to quickly carry out loading and unloading operations.

However, in the case of the pallet lifting device 1 configured as described above,
a link plate 7a to which the mounting bracket 9 is adjacent;
Since it is pivotally connected to the roller pins 7a 1 and 7a 1 of 7a, one roller pin 7a 1 approaches the reversed part of the upper or lower sprocket 5, 6, and then the other roller pin 7a 1 reaches this reversed part. The so-called reversal transition period is very short, and especially when the diameters of the upper and lower sprockets 5, 6 are small, the mounting bracket 9 is swung outward by the strong centrifugal force accompanying the rapid increase in angular acceleration. In order to avoid this, a curved guide rail 14 is provided, but since the guide roller 13b and the curved guide rail 14 engage with each other during reversal, noise and vibration increase.

Furthermore, providing the curved guide rail 14 increases the aforementioned occupied space. Furthermore, lifting chain 7
As for the tensioning mechanism, since the lower sprocket 6 itself cannot be pulled down due to the installation of the curved guide rail 14, it is necessary to provide the tensioning sprocket 10 that extends the lifting chain 7 in the depth direction of the hoistway 2 as described above. This also leads to the aforementioned increase in occupied space.

In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention supports each of the above-mentioned mounting brackets at two locations above and below the chain roller pin separated by a distance of at least two pitches, and one of these supporting portions is an immovable pivot point with respect to the chain; The extension part of the roller pin is loosely engaged with the elongated hole formed in the vertical direction in the other support part, and one of the upper and lower sprockets is supported by a rotating shaft as a pair of left and right sprockets, and the rotating shaft is The end bearing body is supported so as to be movable only in the vertical direction relative to the fixed part of the hoistway, and a bearing body biasing means is interposed between the bearing body and the fixed part to bias the bearing body in the chain extension direction. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pallet lifting device for a multi-story mechanical parking facility, which is characterized in that tension is imparted to the lifting chain by doing this, and is intended to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks.

In order to shorten the time required for the aforementioned loading and unloading as much as possible, it is particularly necessary to circulate the lifting chains 40 of the pallet lifting and lowering devices 31 and 32 at high speed. When the lifting rail 60 mounted on the pallet 29 is raised or lowered by one stage, the other lifting rails 60 rotate around the upper and lower sprockets 35 and 39 at high speed. During this rotation, one of the two supporting parts of the mounting bracket 56 for the chain 40, that is, the pins 59a, 59b or the roller pin 40c, approaches the reversed part of the sprockets 35, 39 first, and after the chain 40 has circulated 2.5 pitches, the other one The support section also follows and reaches the reversal section. The lifting chain 40 of the mounting bracket 56 is connected to the upper and lower sprockets 3.
5 and 39, and the linear distance between the pins 59a and 59b and the roller pin 40c is slightly shorter,
The shortened portion is absorbed by the elongated holes 58a 1 and 58b 1 .

In this case, the mounting bracket 56 at the inlet of the reversing section
The angular acceleration applied to the lifting rail 60 gradually increases compared to the conventional one-pitch rail, and gradually decreases at the exit portion. Therefore, there is little vibration at the entrance and exit of the reversing section due to the centrifugal force of the lifting rail 60, etc., so there is no need to provide any guide means.
The engagement between the guide rollers 64, 64 and the guide rail 65 is performed smoothly and quietly.

In the above embodiment, the compression spring 43 was used as a tension mechanism for the lifting chain 40, but this compression spring 43 was removed and a push screw rod with a male thread cut on the upper part of the guide rod 41 was used, and an adjustment nut and a lock nut were installed. It is also possible to tension the lifting chain 40 by lowering the push screw rod and pushing down the bearing body 37 and rotating shaft 38 at appropriate times.

As detailed above, according to the pallet lifting device according to the present invention, the mounting bracket for attaching the lifting rail is supported at two locations of the chain roller pin separated by at least two pitches, so that there is a sudden increase in angular acceleration when reversing at the sprocket portion. The chain can be circulated at high speed even with a relatively small sprocket, reducing loading and unloading time. Also, there is no need for a conventional curved guide rail around the reversing section, and a bearing body is used as the chain tensioning mechanism. Since we have adopted a mechanism that pushes down the rotating shaft and lower sprocket vertically downward, the extra space required to stretch the chain horizontally is no longer required, and the space required for the pallet lifting device is minimized. This has many effects, such as reducing equipment costs.
